We’re Ana and Ahi the husband and wife team behind Coastline Renovations Ltd., a locally owned and operated business based right here in sunny Tairāwhiti.
We started this journey not just to build structures, but to build a lifestyle that reflects who we are: family first, hands on, and community minded. With Ahi’s years of experience in construction and Ana’s background in social work, we bring a grounded, people first approach to everything we do.
In 2021, we took a leap of faith mid pandemic, tools in hand, with a toddler underfoot and launched Coastline Renovations. Since then, we’ve been creating outdoor spaces that help others live better at home: spaces to gather, to grow, to unwind, and to thrive.

Whānau - Our family is involved in every part of the journey, from our son Isaiah lending a hand in school holidays, to our extended whānau and church supporting us behind the scenes.

Sustainability - From repurposing materials to using eco conscious products like bamboo and recycled composites, we build with care for the whenua.
